Two week desert hangover.

I'm not into moisture anymore.

At work most everyone else has been traveling all week, so in some cases I haven't seen coworkers in three weeks. It's a little nutty, but we are connected enough in 2016 that it has little impact on work continuity. Of course this is the same reason snow days are now ruined. :)

Not too much else to report. Yesterday B was stuck at his own job later than expected*, so he tagged me in to cover dinner. I learned in the process that Giant "guarantees" availability of hot rotisserie chickens from 4 to 7 pm, and I arrived there at 7:30. So I settled for an already cut and chilled chicken, plus mashed taters, gravy, and Mexicorn**. And tonight he was off early, so we had ribs with rice and beans and plantains. Yes, I am going running tomorrow.

I'll be catching up on my friends list for a couple of days. If something momentous happened to you since April 10th, let me know in the comments!

* Though for a much better reason: Club Bocce started for the year in the field across from the bar and bocce players get mighty thirsty.

** Any corn with spicy peppers can be Mexicorn, it doesn't have to come from the labeled can.

I'm a fan of Mexicorn. I don't remember to buy it often enough.
