Thinking of asking Facilities for a kneeling desk for Christmas.

New gym is working out great, and as a result I am sooper sore. Yesterday I somehow woke up at 6:20 and made it there for a good leg workout. Today, predictably, I am feeling every lunge. I'm sure my coworkers are thrilled at the visible wincing every time I leave or reenter my chair.

The necessity of a regular workout routine in this month is crucial. So far I have birthday drinks and sushi for Dave tomorrow, two holiday parties on Friday, and another next week. More are likely to pop up. And I'll be in NM December 20-26, where I intend to continue to gym it to offset all these calories (and the stress associated with shopping, traveling, etc.) My hometown does have a lovely recreation center, supposedly, so I'll try to visit on days they are actually open.

legs day does me in the worst as well, and usually the longest. saturday leg day finally wore off completely yesterday. and people wonder why it should only be done once a week. ;)
