Capstone complete.

Well, the property. If I was still doing schoolwork two years later, I'd be pretty unhappy.

You've probably read my entries about the house in Flint, MI that was the subject of my graduate capstone work. You're probably sick of hearing about it. Well, lucky for you, it's done! I'm proud that I had a hand in transforming the thing from this condition to what you see below.

UAH Complete


The finishing touches were placed on the house before the New Year, and it will start hosting classes next week. The county Land Bank is also advertising for tenants to rent the upstairs apartments. So it has all come together, at last!

LOL, not a day on the market and already it's surrounded by crime scene tape! J/K, looks good although I might have selected other exterior colors.
