Don't make me drop you for your cooler younger brother Chrome.

Let's see, the weekend. Friday night I wasn't home until almost 8:00 because of after work gym time, so Brian went out ahead of me, then I met he, Brett, and Jimmy T. at DIK Bar. We spent not a lot of time there but I ran into Blake, and some other acquaintances we all knew. We were home relatively early.

Then Saturday Keith and Tristan came over in the afternoon for coffee and to tell ridiculous stories, then I went shopping with them, in theory for work shoes but all I purchased were socks and khakis. Zara comes through again. Then we had a ridiculous amount of food at Annie's, including steak, onion rings, buffalo mozzarella, and jalapeño poppers. Also a ridiculous number of people we knew there. Following that and a shower and long hair-styling process at home I drove to Fairfax for ashfault76's birthday party and I actually spent seven hours at the party. Despite being among the soberer persons there, I spilled a glass full of cranberry juice all over myself, the carpet and the chair I was using. Drinking may actually have improved my coordination. Anyhow, it was still a fun time and the caramel pumpkin cheesecake was much better than the average birthday cake.

Thanks for coming! It was an awesome time.

And yes, Safari is rather crappy now - I made the jump to Chrome this week. And I'm quite happy with the change...

Yes! It's a rather unusual steakhouse (and they were good, considering it's been 5+ years since I've had some). :]
